1. Add the Ankermake app to the battery optimization whitelist to ensure it is not killed by the battery optimization program: Pixel phone's settings>"Battery" option >select "Battery optimization".
2. Disable app auto-management to ensure it is not killed by the system: Pixel phone's settings>the "Apps and notifications" option >select "App info">Ankermake app> select the "Advanced" option> "auto-management".
3. Disable app power-saving mode to ensure it is not restricted by the power-saving mode: Pixel phone's settings>the "Battery" option >select "Battery saver"> Ankermake app > select "Unrestricted".
Samsung Phones:
