Daily Maintenance of the PEI Board

A. Weekly Cleaning:

1. Clean the PEI board with alcohol before printing each week.
2. This helps remove oil stains, sweat stains, and other foreign objects from the PEI board.

B. Post-Printing Cleanup:

1. After printing, some filament residues may remain on the PEI board.
2. Do not use sharp objects to remove them.
3. These residues can be removed by hand or with a plastic scraper wedge.

PEI Board Exception Handling

A. Severe Scratches:

1. If the PEI board coating is severely scratched, it is recommended to turn the board over or replace it.

B. Bent PEI Board:

1. If the PEI board is bent, it is recommended to replace it.

C. Poor Adhesion of the First Layer:

1. If the first layer is not sticking during the printing process:
   1. Clean the PEI board with alcohol.
   2. Remove oil stains, sweat stains, and other foreign objects.
   3. Print again after cleaning.
