Identifying Issues:
After clicking home to zero, the X-axis does not move, or there is an abnormal sound.
Reasons, Checks, and Solutions:
A. Loose X-Axis Timing Belt:
- Check: Verify if the X-axis timing belt is loose, if there is abnormal noise from the left and right sliding nozzle module, and if the timing belt feels bouncy when pressed by hand.

Adjust: If the timing belt is loose, determine whether it can be tightened by adjusting the screw shown in the image.
Disassemble Left Shoulder and Nozzle Housing
- Disassemble: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, disassemble the left shoulder and nozzle housing.
Release Bolt: Release the bolt as illustrated.
Loosen Screws: Loosen the screws as shown.
Adjust Belt: Feed the synchronous belt into the hole shown in the image, and then lock the top bolt.
Reassemble: After completion, reinstall the nozzle and left shoulder, and tighten the synchronous belt using the left shoulder bolt.
Check Motor Wire and Type-C Connection
- Remove Back Cover: Remove the back cover of the right shoulder.
- Check: Ensure the motor wire is properly plugged in, then unplug and replug the Type-C cable.
