Fault Description:

1. Model printing overheats (using simple mode Slice).
2. The fan noise is loud (greater than 55dB at a distance of 1 meter from the equipment).
3. The fan is not working.

Method of Replacement:

1. Prepare the Printer:
   1. Turn on the M5 switch.
   2. Click Control > Move on the screen to raise the Z-axis of the nozzle assembly by 200mm and move it to the middle of the X-axis for easy replacement.
   3. Make sure the consumables are removed and turn off the power. Wait for the hotend to cool down for easy replacement.

Loosen Nozzle Assembly Bolts:

• Use the H2.0 hex wrench to loosen the 4 bolts on the back of the nozzle assembly.

Move Top and Nozzle Cover:

• Move the top cover and nozzle cover of the nozzle assembly up along the Type-C line and secure them.

Remove Front Bottom Cover:

• Use an H2.0 wrench to loosen the front bottom cover bolts and remove the bottom cover.

Remove Cooling Fan:

• Use the H2.0 wrench to loosen the two screws of the front model cooling fan.
• Pull out the left and right model cooling fan wires respectively, and remove the cooling fan part.

Remove Fan Air Guides:

• Use an H1.5 wrench to unscrew the four screws of the left and right fan air guides, and remove the two green air guides.

1. Remove and Replace Fans:
   1. Use an H1.5 wrench to unscrew the two bolts of the left and right fans, and remove the two fans.
   2. Remove the new cooling fans for replacement and install the two fans using an H1.5 wrench.
2. Reinstall Fan Air Guides:
   1. Install the left and right fan air guides separately using an H1.5 wrench.
3. Reconnect Fan Power Cord:
   1. Plug in the fan power cord and secure it with an H2.0 wrench.
4. Secure Front Bottom Cover:
   1. Secure the front bottom cover with an H2.0 wrench.
5. Reattach Nozzle Cover:
   1. Move the nozzle cover and top cover of the nozzle assembly down along the Type-C line and secure them.
6. Tighten Nozzle Assembly Bolts:
   1. Use the H2.0 wrench to tighten the back 4 screws of the nozzle assembly to complete the replacement of the model cooling fan.
