Replace the All-Metal Hotend
The replacement process for the M5 all-metal hotend is the same as for a standard PTFE hotend. You can refer to the following resources for more details:

Change the Hotend Type via the App
Steps:
A. Ensure the App and Firmware are Updated:
- Make sure that the app is updated to version V1.3.1 or above.
- Ensure the printer's firmware is updated to version V3.0.70 or above.
B. Locate the Printer in the App:
- Find the printer with the all-metal hotend replacement in the app.
- Go to the Settings page
- Click on 'Accessories.'
- Choose the all-metal hotend to complete the setup.
Warning:
- M5 will enable 300°C high-temperature printing when the all-metal hotend is chosen in the app.
- Do not enable this option if the M5 does not have the all-metal hotend replacement, as it may cause damage and be potentially dangerous.
Select the M5 All-Metal Hotend During Slicing
Steps:
- Choose the All-Metal Hotend in the Slicer:
- Select "M5 All-Metal Hotend" for slicing and printing during the slicing process.
- Update the Slicer:
- Please update the Slicer to version V1.5.XX or above.
- If you are using version V0.9.XX or an earlier version, download the latest Slicer from AnkerMake Official Website.
