Reasons, Diagnoses, and Solutions
Printing Thin Walls and Resolution Are Not Set correctly, Preventing Printing Details Smaller Than the Diameter of the Nozzle.
Diagnosis: Check Expert > Quality > Resolution to see if the maximum resolution parameter in the studio is the recommended 0.1 mm.
Solution: Reduce the maximum resolution to allow AnkerMake Studio to recognize more details. Enable the "Detect Thin Wall" function through Expert > Strength > Detect Thin Wall.
The Detail Size is Too Small to Print
Solution: Replace the nozzle with one of a smaller diameter and reduce the layer thickness. (Generally, the layer thickness should not exceed 80% of the nozzle diameter.) After heating the nozzle to 180°C, replace it with a socket wrench. Refer to the following resources for detailed instructions:
