Features and description
The model is misaligned in the X or Y
Reasons, diagnosis, and solutions
- Acceleration and Jerk Speed Parameter Settings Exceed Optimal Printing Range
Diagnosis: Check whether the Acceleration and Jerk parameters in the Slicer are set to default by navigating to Speed > Acceleration and Speed > Jerk (XY).
Solution: Restore the Acceleration and Jerk parameters to their default settings. It is recommended that Acceleration and Jerk values do not exceed the default settings.
- Model Structures Not Suitable for Combing Mode causing the model to come away from the build plate
- Diagnosis: Check Travel > Combing Mode.
- Solution: Turn off the "Avoid Crossing Walls" option under Quality.
3. Model Scraping During Non-Printing Movements
Solution: Reduce the Acceleration setting appropriately to 3000.
4. Mechanical Motion Causing Layer Errors During Printing
A. Obstruction in Motion System
- Diagnosis: Check for foreign objects in the X/Y axis components.
- Solution: Clean up any foreign objects to ensure smooth operation of the motion components.
B. Belt Tension Issues
- Diagnosis: Check the tightness of the X/Y axis belts.
- Solution: Adjust the X/Y belt tightness appropriately, using the model adjuster. For more details, refer to:
