How to Fix Warning Issue

This article is designed to resolve the issue caused by the specific error message shown in the following image.

This error message occurs when the temperature of the hotend automatically reaches 80°C, or the hotbed automatically reaches 50°C and the temperature continues to increase abnormally for 30 seconds.

 
  1. If the M5 printer’s left-shoulder flickers red when this error occurs, please contact AnkerMake customer support for assistance directly.
  2. If the M5 printer stops printing and its left-shoulder does not flicker red when this error occurs, please tap Settings > Restore on the printer’s touchscreen and try to preheat again to check if the issue can be resolved.
