Features and description
The infill is discontinuous, and the infill part of the model collapses.
Reasons, Diagnoses, and Solutions
Insufficient Printing Temperature, Leading to Unstable Infill When Printing Large Areas
- Diagnosis: Check the model (infill area) size and the infill speed through Expert > Speed > Internal Solid Infill.
Solution:
- A. Increase the printing temperature by 5-10°C within the allowable range of the printing material. Modify the printing temperature through Filament Settings > Temperature.
B. Gradually reduce the infill printing speed to 25mm/s. Modify the infill speed through Expert > Speed > Infill Speed, and check the infill printing effect.
Improper Infill Parameters (Density or Pattern) Setting, Resulting in Loose Infill
- Diagnosis: Check the slice infill density and pattern through Expert > Strength > Fill.
Solution:
- A. Choose an appropriate infill density, generally recommended not less than 10% (can be adjusted according to actual printing needs). Choose an appropriate infill pattern. It is generally recommended to choose grids and triangles instead of straight lines.

Consumables do not support fast printing
Solution: Use official recommended consumables or replace them with consumables suitable for fast printing
