How to Fix Surface Texture Issues Formed by Bulging Filling

If you encounter the surface texture issue formed by bulging filling as shown below, please follow these steps to fix it.

Possible Reasons and Corresponding Solutions

1. Improper parameters setting in AnkerMake Slicer (only for the Expert Mode)

How to Diagnose: Check whether the fill shrink distance is the recommended value of 0.2mm through AnkerFdmSettings>Infill Shrink Distance;

Solution: Gradually increase the filling shrinkage distance, such as 0.25mm, 0.30mm, generally it is not recommended to exceed the nozzle diameter.

2. The printing speed is too fast, resulting in an increase in the actual overlap between the inner wall and the fill

How to Diagnose: Check whether there is still a gap or the effect is not obvious after adjusting the filling shrinkage distance

Solution: Reduce the filling printing speed appropriately via Speed > Infill Speed

If the above methods cannot resolve the issue, please contact us directly through us, and provide logs (Me>About>Upload Log on the APP side, Setting>Upload Log on the device side), Gcode, STL model and phenomenon pictures for further analysis.
