How to Fix Gaps in Thin Walls

Gaps appear in the thin-walled sections of the model, primarily because the wall thickness is not an integer multiple of the line width.
Reasons, Diagnoses, and Solutions
- Improper Use of Wall Parameters (not applicable in Simple Mode):
- Diagnosis: Open Expert > Quality, and check if the "Wall generator" parameter is set to Arachne (variable linewidth).
- Solution: Switch the "Wall generator" parameter to Arachne (variable linewidth).
- Thin Wall (Line Width) to be Printed is Smaller Than the Nozzle Diameter:
- Solution: Replace the nozzle with a smaller diameter to print the thin-walled workpiece. After heating the nozzle to 180°C, use an M6 socket and hexagonal wrench to replace the nozzle. Refer to the following resources for detailed instructions:
