How to Fix Bluetooth Connection issues with the AnkerMake App on M5
Fault Description:
When the mobile app connects to the device via Bluetooth, if the Bluetooth connection is lost, a pop-up window as shown in the figure below will appear.
Solution:
- Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
- Ensure the device is turned on.
- Ensure the phone is near the device with no obstructions in between.
- Try using another phone to connect to the device.
- If none of the above methods solve the problem, click Settings > Restore to restore the factory settings and then reconnect via Bluetooth.
