App cannot Find the Bluetooth Connection Issue with AnkerMake App

If the device is not found in the AnkerMake App when connecting via Bluetooth, follow these steps to fix the problem:

 
  1. Enable Bluetooth:
    1. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
  2. Power On the M5:
    1. Make sure the M5 is powered on.
  3. Proximity Check:
    1. Move your phone closer to the M5. The maximum Bluetooth range for the M5 is 33 ft / 10 m.
  4. Try a Different Phone:
    1. Attempt to connect using another phone.
  5. Reset the M5:
    1. If these steps don't work, tap Settings > Restore on the touch panel to reset the M5. Then use the AnkerMake app to connect to the M5 via Bluetooth again.
