M5C doesn’t start after power on

Fault Description:

  1. The new device cannot be powered on after being received.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Check the Power AC Switch:
    1. Verify if the Wall AC power is turned on.
    2. If the AC switch lights up, the power is being supplied correctly.
    3. If the AC switch does not light up, there is an issue with the power supply.

Check the Power Supply Voltage:

  • Ensure the power supply voltage gear matches the local mains voltage range .
  • If the voltage switch does not match, adjust it accordingly.
  • If the power supply voltage is higher than the mains voltage, insufficient voltage can result, preventing the device from turning on.
  • If the power supply voltage is lower than the mains voltage, the power supply or fuse can burn out.

Verify Component Wiring:

  • Check that all components, including the power supply and main board, are wired correctly.

Check the Left Shoulder Cable:

  • Ensure the left shoulder cable is wired correctly.
