M5C doesn’t start after power on
Fault Description:
- The new device cannot be powered on after being received.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Check the Power AC Switch:
- Verify if the Wall AC power is turned on.
- If the AC switch lights up, the power is being supplied correctly.
- If the AC switch does not light up, there is an issue with the power supply.
Check the Power Supply Voltage:
- Ensure the power supply voltage gear matches the local mains voltage range .
- If the voltage switch does not match, adjust it accordingly.
- If the power supply voltage is higher than the mains voltage, insufficient voltage can result, preventing the device from turning on.
- If the power supply voltage is lower than the mains voltage, the power supply or fuse can burn out.
Verify Component Wiring:
- Check that all components, including the power supply and main board, are wired correctly.
Check the Left Shoulder Cable:
- Ensure the left shoulder cable is wired correctly.
