When Do You Need to Clean?

Regular cleaning and maintenance of your printer are essential to ensure high print quality. Every 20 days, clean and maintain the printer to prevent issues caused by V wheel wear, accumulation of dust, and wire residue.

Prepare Cleaning Tools:

• Tissue or clean cloth
• 75% medical alcohol
• Brush

Steps for Cleaning:

1. Printer Base Cleaning:
   1. Use a brush to remove wire residue from the printer base.
   2. Use a tissue or clean cloth sprayed with 75% medical alcohol to wipe the printer base clean.

2. Cleaning the XY Axis V Wheel:

• Use a brush to clean the wire residue from the XY axis V wheel.
• Use a tissue or dust-free cloth sprayed with 75% medical alcohol to wipe the X and Y axis V wheels.

3. Cleaning the X and Y Axis V Wheel Track:

• Use a paper towel or dust-free cloth sprayed with 75% medical alcohol to wipe the XY axis V wheel track.
• Clean the accumulated dust in the track.

4. Fan Cleaning:
   1. Remove the fan and use an alcohol brush to clean the dust and thread on the fan.
