Fault Phenomenon:

1. The Y-axis belt is seriously worn, affecting the printing quality of the equipment.

Replacement Steps:

Disassembly:

1. Loosen Y-Axis Belt:
   1. Use a 3mm hex wrench to loosen the adjusting screws of the Y-axis belt and remove the belt from the idler wheel.

Remove Hot Bed Board:

• Remove the PEI board.
• Use a 2.5mm hex wrench to unscrew the four fixing bolts of the hot bed board and remove the hot bed board.

Unscrew Belt Fixing Plate Bolts:

• Use a 2mm hex wrench to unscrew the two belt fixing plate bolts and slide the hot bed base trolley backwards.

Remove Belt:

• Remove the belt from the idler wheel and timing wheel.

Detach Belt from Retaining Plate:

• Remove the belt from the belt retaining plate.

Installation:

1. Install New Y-Axis Belt:
   1. Clip the new Y-axis belt into the belt fixing plate.
2. Place Belt Assembly:
   1. Place the belt assembly on the Y-axis synchronous wheel and idler wheel.
3. Reassemble Hot Bed Base Trolley:
   1. Slide the hot bed base trolley into the Y-axis V-wheel groove in the direction indicated by the arrow.

1. Tighten Belt Fixing Plate Bolts:
   1. Use a 2mm hex wrench to tighten the two belt-fixing plate bolts.
2. Secure Hot Bed Board:
   1. Use a 2.5mm hex wrench to tighten the four hot bed board fixing bolts and place the PEI on the hotbed.
