Fault Phenomenon:

1. X-axis V-wheel wear is serious, affecting the printing quality of the equipment.

Replacement Steps:

Disassembly:

1. Remove Fixing Bolts:
   1. Use a 2mm hexagonal wrench to remove the 4 fixing bolts of the back plate of the extruder.

Loosen X-Axis Belt:

• Use a 2.5mm hexagonal wrench to loosen the X-axis belt adjuster at the left through hole of the left shoulder pendant.
• Pull the belt out of the X-axis V-wheel bracket.

Remove Remaining V-Wheels:

• Use an 8mm open wrench to unscrew the remaining upper two lock nuts.
• Remove the two V-wheels.

Installation:

1. Install New V-Wheels:
   1. Take three new V-wheels and install the upper two V-wheels on the back plate of the extruder.
   2. Install the back plate of the extruder into the X-axis V-groove.
   3. Tighten the lower V-wheels as well.
2. Adjust Eccentric Nut:
   1. Use a 10mm open wrench to adjust the eccentric nut of the lower V-wheel to tighten the V-wheel groove.
   2. Ensure the V-wheel fixing bracket can slide smoothly left and right without shaking or being too tight.

1. Fix X-Axis Belt:
   1. Fix the X-axis belt on the back plate of the extruder.
   2. Use the 2.5mm hexagonal wrench to adjust the X-axis belt adjuster bolt to the appropriate tightness.
2. Secure Extruder:
   1. Use a 2mm hex wrench to tighten the four fixing screws on the back plate of the extruder.
