Reasons and Solutions for M5C X-axis Zeroing Failure

1. Software Version Update Error

  • Issue: Firmware update error.
  • Solution:
    • Verify if the firmware is correctly flashed.
    • Re-flash the firmware and check the X-axis zeroing again.

2. Check the Cable for Looseness

  • Issue: Loose or faulty X-axis motor wire.
  • Solution:
    • Open the left shoulder front cover, right shoulder front and rear cover.
    • Check if the X-axis motor wire is loose or faulty.
    • Re-insert the motor wire.
    • Reassemble the shell in reverse order.
