This article aims to provide troubleshooting steps for M5C printhead blockage. Please use the following functions to attempt blockage first.

Automatic cleaning plug

1. The print head is blocked. First, perform automatic cleaning. Swipe the print phone APP to the bottom and click Maintenance - Nozzle clog cleaning - Start.

2. Wait for the nozzle to automatically perform self-cleaning procedures

3. When the nozzle has a wire extrusion, the nozzle is successfully dredged. If it still cannot be dredged, please try 3 times. If it cannot be dredged after multiple attempts, please refer to How to Fix a Blocked Nozzle of the M5C
