How to achieve a better auto-leveling result

After Automatic Leveling: Z-Axis Offset Adjustment

If the leveling effect is not good after automatic leveling, the Z-axis offset needs to be adjusted and corrected. There are two main issues:

  1. Too Close:
    1. The first layer of printing is too close, and the nozzle scratches the hotbed.

  1. Too Far:
  • The nozzle is too high from the hotbed, and the first layer cannot adhere to the hotbed panel or the filament separates.

Good first layer quality

Z-Axis Offset Adjustment Steps:

  1. Adjust Z-Axis Offset:
    1. Open the AnkerMake app on your mobile phone.
    2. Go to Control > Z-axis Offset.
    3. Click + or - to raise or lower the Z-axis offset according to the first layer printing quality.

  1. Reprint and Check:
    1. Print the leveling model again and observe whether the first layer quality meets the "Good first layer quality Standard".
    2. If it is too close or too far, adjust it again according to step 1.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please contact us.
