When to Replace the PEI Board Fixing Blocks:

1. Burn Damage: The PEI board fixing block is burned.

Disassembly:

1. Turn off the power of the equipment.
2. Roll over the equipment and push the hotbed back to expose the PEI fixing block fixing bolts.
3. Use a 2.0mm wrench to unscrew the PEI fixing block bolt.

Installation:

1. Align the new PEI fixing block with the bolts on the hotbed board and tighten the PEI fixing block bolts with a 2.0mm wrench.
2. Set up the printer and turn it on.
