Features and description
The filling fracture is discontinuous, and the filling part model collapses
Reasons, judgments, and solutions
The printing temperature is not enough, and the wire melting speed cannot keep up when printing a large area of filling, resulting in unstable filling
Judgment method: check the model (filling area) size, and check the filling speed through Expert > Speed > Internal solid infill
Solution:
A. Increase the printing temperature by 5-10 ℃ within the allowable range of the printing material, and modify the printing temperature through Filament Settings > Temperature
B. Gradually reduce the fill printing speed at 25mm/s, modify the fill speed through Expert > Speed > Infill Speed, and view the fill printing effect.
The filling parameters (Density or Pattern) are set improperly, resulting in loose filling
Method: Check slice fill density and pattern through Expert > Strength > Fill
Solution:
A. Choose the appropriate filling density, generally recommended not less than 10%. (Can be adjusted according to actual printing needs)
Choose the appropriate filling pattern. It is generally recommended to choose grids and triangles instead of straight lines
Grid, triangle
Straight line
Consumables do not support fast printing
Solution: Use official recommended consumables or replace them with consumables suitable for fast printing
