How to Fix Gaps in Thin Walls of M5C

Gaps appear in the thin-walled sections of the model, primarily because the wall thickness is not an integer multiple of the line width.

Reasons, Diagnoses, and Solutions

  1. Improper Use of Wall Parameters (not applicable in Simple Mode):
    1. Diagnosis: Open Expert > Quality, and check if the "Wall generator" parameter is set to Arachne (variable linewidth).
    2. Solution: Switch the "Wall generator" parameter to Arachne (variable linewidth).

  1. Thin Wall (Line Width) to be Printed is Smaller Than the Nozzle Diameter:
    1. Solution: Replace the nozzle with a smaller diameter to print the thin-walled workpiece. After heating the nozzle to 180°C, use an M6 socket and hexagonal wrench to replace the nozzle. Refer to the following resources for detailed instructions:
