Cause of Failure:
When the equipment is used for a period of time, the moving parts may age, the lubricating oil may dry out, and issues like the fan getting entangled in filament may occur, causing abnormal noise during the operation.

Lubricate the Lead Screw:
- Turn off the printer and unplug the nozzle assembly cable at the base end.
- Lean the equipment back and remove the base cover.
- Unplug the Z-axis motor terminal.
- Use a No. 4 wrench to unscrew the 8 gantry fixing screws.
- Pull out the gantry.
- Use a 2.0 wrench to unscrew the two fixing bolts between the Z-axis motor fixing bracket and the gantry (one on each side).
- Remove the Z-axis motor assembly.
- Brush lubricating oil on the lead screw.
Installation:
- Use a 2.0 wrench to tighten the two fixing bolts (one on each side) between the Z-axis motor fixing bracket and the gantry bracket.
- Insert the gantry into the printer base.
- Flip the printer back and use a 4.0 wrench to tighten the gantry and base fixing screws.
- Insert the Z-axis motor terminal.
- Cover the printer base and stand the printer upright.
- Plug in the nozzle assembly cable at the base end.
- Turn on the power and move the Z-axis.
