How to Fix the Burrs and Residues in M5C Printer Nozzles

Cause of Failure:

The model detaches from the print bed during the printing process, causing the printer to continually extrude filament, leading to material buildup on the hot end of the nozzle or the air guide.

Processing Method:

Clean the Overflowing Filament:

  1. Start the Machine and Preheat the Nozzle:
    1. Set the preheating temperature according to the filament's printing temperature.

Clean the Surface:

  • When the temperature reaches the preheating point, wear high-temperature gloves and clean the surface of the overflowing filament with tools such as hexagonal wrenches, tweezers, scissors, and high-temperature cloths.
