UL Exposure Assessment Report for the eufyMake UV Printer E1
Please refer to:

Recommended Usage Environment
-
Usable area exceeding 15 square meters;
-
Indoor air can circulate freely, allowing for full and uniform gas exchange;
-
An exchange rate with outdoor clean air exceeding 0.45 times per hour (ensuring at least one window is fully open and air can circulate freely);
-
Do not use for more than 8 hours per day;
-
When one of the items fails to meet the recommended requirements, the other two need to be strengthened. For example, when the usable area is less than 15 square meters, the air exchange rate needs to be increased or the usage time reduced; it is recommended to install a ventilation fan or exhaust system to ensure at least one air exchange per hour;
-
During operation, the TVOC concentration should be controlled within the range of 0.3 to 0.5 mg/m³. When the TVOC concentration exceeds 0.5 mg/m³, immediately stop the operation and evacuate personnel until the concentration drops to a safe level;
-
Before printing, confirm that the ventilation system is operating normally, shorten the continuous working time, or conduct it in batches.
Printed Matter TVOCs Emission Test and Ink Operation Recommendations
-
Report Interpretation:
-
GREENGUARD Gold Certification takes into account the factors of sensitive populations (such as children and the elderly), sets a safety factor, and helps to prove that products can be safely used in environments such as schools and medical institutions.
-
In addition to limiting emissions of over 360 volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and total chemical emissions, products certified with GREENGUARD Gold must also meet the requirements of the California Department of Public Health's "Standard Method for the Testing and Evaluation of Volatile Organic Compound Emissions from Indoor Sources Using Environmental Chambers, Version 1.1 (2010)".
-
Report Results
All prints made with eufymake UV inks (C/M/Y/K/W/G) have passed the GREENGUARD Gold certification
-
Cartridge Usage Specification
Insertion and Removal:
-
Operate strictly in accordance with the device manual to avoid cartridge damage or ink leakage.
-
When removing an empty ink cartridge, wait for the printer to enter the standby idle state, and press the cartridge to remove it.
-
Empty cartridges after removal need to be stored and packaged using sealed bags to prevent ink evaporation or contact with the environment.
Contact Protection:
-
Direct contact with ink is prohibited: Wear protective gloves when there is a possibility of contact with ink.
-
Skin Contact Treatment: If ink comes into contact with skin accidentally, immediately rinse the affected area with plenty of running water for at least 10 minutes.
-
Do not put UV ink or printing materials into your mouth.
-
Do not place printed materials in the dishwasher or allow them to come into contact with food.
Ink Storage
-
UV ink must be stored separately in a fireproof cabinet or a designated explosion-proof area, away from heat sources and ignition sources.
-
Storage temperature should be controlled between 5–35°C.
-
Properly pay attention to the ink's expiration date and use it within the expiration period;
-
The ink cartridge is prohibited from contacting other chemicals.
