Fault Phenomenon
Abnormal movement or abnormal noise occurs during Y-axis motion, or a Y-axis homing (zero return) error message appears.
Error Code: 0xFD010D0002
Title: Y-axis Homing Failed
Content: Y-axis homing process has been interrupted.Pleasecheck for any obstructions on the flatbed and try again.
Cause Analysis

Insufficient space was reserved in front of or behind the A3 platform board, causing the platform to collide with a wall during forward or backward movement in calibration.

The protective foam on the underside of the A3 platform board was not removed, resulting in abnormal Y-axis movement.

Foreign objects have entered the Y-axis motion module, or the module has not been maintained for an extended period.

Abnormalities in the bottom bearings or optical axis of the A3 platform board cause resistance and abnormal movement.

Hardware faults cause the Y-axis to fail to return to the zero position.
Troubleshooting Steps

Check whether the foam on the bottom of the A3 platform board has been completely removed.

Refer to the maintenance video and perform Y-axis maintenance on the printer.

If movement of the A3 platform board or mini platform board feel restricted, test by alternating between the two platform boards.

Observe whether the Y-axis is completely stuck or can move to the end of the travel range without stopping, and record relevant videos.
