Accessory Introduction

The filter fans are located on the inner shells on both sides of the front air filter.

Required Tools (Self-provided)

1. Pry bar / Flathead Screwdriver

2. 2.0 mm Hex Screwdriver

Safety Precautions

1. Before performing any maintenance, turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to prevent short circuits, equipment damage, or personal injury.

2. When opening the upper housing assembly, be sure to unplug the main connection cable before removing the upper shell.

3. Before removing the inner shell of the front door, disconnect the cables of both side filter fans from the motherboard to prevent cable damage.

4. When removing the inner shell, support it by hand to prevent it from falling, and pay close attention to the fan cable harness.

5. When reinstalling the inner shell, ensure that the left and right fan cables are not pinched.

Step 1 - Power off and remove the housing

Power off and refer to https://support.eufymake.com/s/article/eufyMake-UV-Printer-E1-Printer-Outer-Shell-Disassembly-SOP , remove the machine enclosure. Pay attention to the upper shell cable harness during disassembly.

Step 2 - Disconnect the fan cables

1. Disconnect the left filter fan cable.

2. Disconnect the right filter fan cable.

Step 3 - Remove the front door panel

Step 4 - Remove the front panel and activated carbon air filter

Please refer tohttps://support.eufymake.com/s/article/eufyMake-E1-Activated-Carbon-Air-Filter-Replacement-Guide , remove the front panel and activate carbon air filter.

Step 5 - Remove the inner shell of the front door

1. Use a 2.0mm hex key to remove the eight screws securing the inner shell of the front door

2. Use a pry bar or flathead screwdriver to pry open the clips along the left and right outer edges of the inner shell.

3. Pry open the clips along the inner bottom edge. Once all clips are released, the inner shell will detach.

⚠️ Support the shell by hand to prevent it from falling, and take care not to strain the fan cable harness.

Step 6 - Remove the Filter Fan

Use a 2.0mm hex key to remove the two screws securing the fan, then remove the fan.

Step 7 - Reinstall the inner shell of the front door

1. Route the left fan cable through the opening at the lower left side of the motherboard.

2. Position the inner shell and press evenly around the edges to secure all clips.

⚠️ Ensure that neither the left nor right fan cables are pinched.

3. Reinstall the eight screws. Note that the two center screws are M3 × 10 countersunk machine screws, and the six surrounding screws are ST3 × 8 countersunk self-tapping screws.

Step 8 - Reconnect the fan cables

Reconnect the left and right fan cable harnesses.

Step 9 - Reinstall the front door, activated carbon air filter, front panel, and housing

Please reinstall the front door, activated carbon air filter, front panel, and enclosure.

Step 10 - Restore power

After completing the installation, confirm that all cables are properly connected and that all components are correctly seated. Once verified, reconnect the power supply and turn on the printer.
