1. Unbind and Reset the Printer—Enter Maintenance Mode

3. Power Off and Remove All Ink Cartridges and Cleaning Cartridge
Before returning your device, please follow the steps below to protect your personal data and ensure proper handling of the product. It is important to clear all user data and restore the device to maintenance mode.

1. Unbind and Reset the Printer—Enter Maintenance Mode
On the app, navigate to:
Devices → Settings → Remove Device → Remove and Reset Device

2. Wait for Maintenance to Complete
After selecting “Remove and Reset Device”, the app will disconnect from the printer. The printer will automatically enter maintenance mode.
Please wait patiently for approximately 20 minutes.
Once maintenance is complete:

The printer will emit an audible prompt.

The Start/Stop button will begin flashing blue, indicating that maintenance has finished.
3. Power Off and Remove All Ink Cartridges and Cleaning Cartridge
After maintenance is complete:

Power off and unplug the printer.

Carefully remove all ink cartridges and the cleaning cartridge.

Do not return any cartridges with the printer.

After removing the original ink and cleaning cartridges, seal them properly and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Reminder:
For customers receiving a replacement unit, once your replacement machine arrives, please reinstall your original cartridges. Replacement unit do not include an ink and cleaning cartridges
4. Repack and Box the Printer
a. Reattach the Front and Rear Door Panels
If the front or rear panels were previously removed, reinstall them before packing.
b. Platform Board Handling
Reinstall the mini platform board inside the printer.
Pack the standard platform board separately in its designated carton.
c. Accessory Packing
Place all accessories (e.g., power adapter, UV protective goggles) into the accessory box and wrap them securely with foam padding.
d. Place the Accessory Box
Place the accessory box inside the printer chamber, then close both the front and rear doors.
e. Insert the Printhead Protection Foam
Insert the printhead protection foam from the top of the printer into the designated area to prevent movement during transport.
Ensure the printhead panel is correctly reinstalled.
f. Box the Printer
Place the bottom foam supports on the left and right sides of the retail box as shown.
Insert the printer and the standard platform board carton into the retail box.
Close the box and secure it using the Velcro straps.
