Fault Phenomenon
The APP or PC shows the following error:
Waste ink pump abnormal (0xFD01190018)
Cause Analysis
Abnormal hardware related to waste ink pump.
Troubleshooting
1. When this error appears, first check the printer status and confirm it is idle, not busy
2. Go to the cleaning cartridge area on the right side of the printer and listen for the waste ink pump (red box area).
If no sound is heard, the pump is functioning normally and this is likely a false alarm.
This error can be temporarily ignored.
Note: A firmware update planned for mid-April 2026 will optimise the error reporting logic.
If a continuous running sound is heard from the waste ink pump for more than 10 seconds, this indicates a hardware issue.
3. Record the sound and send it to eufyMake Customer Support.
