Introduction to Rotating Printing Attachment
The Rotary Printing Attachment enables printing on cylindrical or conical objects with a regular diameter. It supports automatic measurement, automatic leveling, and automatic positioning, allowing both 2D and 2.5D printing. This provides users with a convenient and customized solution for full-color rotary printing, where the finished products are vivid in color, durable, stable, and long-lasting.
Replacement Process
Step 1 - Ensure the machine is idle and remove any printed objects
The rotary printing attachment can only be replaced when the printer is in idle mode. If there is a printed object on the platform, please remove it first.
Step 2 - Locate the bottom Unlock Button and slide it to unlock the existing flatbed
Open the front door of the machine and locate the Unlock Button at the bottom of the platform. Slide the button to the unlock icon position to release the existing flatbed.
Step 3 - Remove the existing printing attachment from the device
After unlocking, hold the flatbed firmly and lift it vertically upward to remove it from the printer.
Step 4 - Align the base of the Rotary Printing Attachment with the device base and install
When installing the rotary printing attachment, find the bottom locating slot, align it properly with the base, and place the attachment securely.
Step 5 - Lock the lever to secure the attachment
Slide the lever to the position showing the locked icon to secure the flatbed. Then gently shake the flatbed to confirm that it is firmly locked, with no looseness or displacement.
