Fault Phenomenon
Pop-up prompt appears on the App or PC: Measurement failed due to sensor issue. Please reinstall the rotary printing attachment and try again.
Cause Analysis
The value detected by the Hall sensor is outside the supported range of 65 mm to 250 mm.
Troubleshooting Steps

Confirm that the cup height is within 65 mm – 250 mm. Cups outside this range are not supported.

If the cup height meets the specification but the error persists, the Hall sensor may be damaged. Contact after-sales service for repair.
