Pop-up prompt appears on the App or PC: Please ensure the object type is compliant and the object is positioned correctly.

Cause Analysis

1. Special-shaped cups that are not covered by existing measurement algorithms.

2. Conical cup mouth diameter is near the upper limit (≈ 97 mm).

3. Conical cup taper is near the upper limit (≈ 6.5°).

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Use a standard-sized cup to perform the measurement:

   • If the standard cup measures successfully, the device is functioning normally.

   • The original cup may be unsupported or too close to the specification limits.
