Fault Symptoms
The printer reports error code 0xFD01190002 or 0xFD01190004 in the eufyMake App or in eufyMake Studio.
Cause Analysis
-
False software alarm.
-
Hardware malfunction affecting the left or right purification fan MOS transistor.
Troubleshooting Steps
-
Remove the Air Filter
Open the front cover of the printer and remove the air filter.

-
Run a Print Test
In the eufyMake App, go to the device page and tap Print Test.
Wait for the printer to begin the test process.
-
Check Purification Fan Operation
Once the print test starts, the left and right purification fans should begin running.
You can check fan operation using either of the following methods:
Method 1:
Place your hand near the air filter opening and check whether airflow can be felt from both sides.
Method 2:
Place a small piece of tissue paper near the air filter opening and observe whether airflow from either side causes it to move.
-
Verify the Result
If normal airflow is present, the fans are operating correctly and the error may be a false alarm.
Please upload the printer logs and provide a video to eufyMake Customer Support for further analysis.
-
Check for a Fan Control Fault
If the printer reports the same error while idle (when no print job is running), it may indicate a fault with the purification fan control circuit.
Determine whether the issue affects the left fan, the right fan, or both fans, then provide a video of the issue and the printer logs to eufyMake Customer Support for further analysis.
