Note: To ensure print quality, the cleaning cartridges for this machine are dedicated products, not compatible with other third-party accessories.

Safety Precautions for Operation

  1. When removing the old cleaning cartridge (waste cartridge) and installing a new one, keep the cartridge vertical to the ground and insert it horizontally into the cartridge compartment to avoid connector damage caused by excessive tilt.

  2. If you find that the waste ink cartridge has leaked liquid and contaminated the printer body, wipe it clean immediately with a tissue and properly wrap the waste cartridge.

  3. Do not touch the chip circuit with your fingers to avoid poor electrical contact.

  4. Operate gently and carefully to avoid impact or damage to the joint parts or the printer itself.

Replacement Steps

Step 1: Remove the cover

  1. The cleaning cartridge/waste ink tank is located on the right side of the printer.

  1. Remove the cover by pulling it outward.

Step 2: Remove the Cartridge

  1. The cleaning cartridge is tightly fitted inside the printer without screw fixation. Apply light force to loosen it and pull it outward to remove it.

  1. Hold the upper and lower ends of the cartridge and gently pull it to release. It can be removed without any additional tools.

Step 3: Replace with a new cleaning cartridge

  1. Align the cartridge interface vertically toward the inside of the printer and press the new cleaning cartridge into place.

Align the corresponding interface with the column head at the corresponding position according to the corresponding interface, and gently press it in.

  1. Ensure that the new cleaning cartridge fits flat against the inner wall of the printer.

  2. Used cleaning cartridges should be disposed of through dedicated and legally compliant measures. Do not discard them casually. Please refer to the disposal method for cartridges. https://support.eufymake.com/s/article/Waste-Ink-Cartridge-Cleaning-Cartridge-Disposal-Guide
