Fault Phenomenon
The printed work has a sticky, wet surface, and the color falls off when gently wiped with a tissue.
Cause Analysis
-
If printing was normal previously and the sticky or uncured issue only appears after exiting maintenance mode, the most likely cause is that cleaning solution or moisturizing solution was not fully drained during ink filling. As a result, ink mixes with the residual solution during printing, leading to insufficient curing and poor adhesion.

If the sticky surface issue continues, please refer to the following troubleshooting measures.

Troubleshooting
Print a test pattern or color patches, then gently wipe the printed area with a tissue to check for adhesion failure or color detachment.
If the cleaning solution or moisturizing solution was not fully drained, perform a Deep Clean, then print the test pattern again to verify whether the issue has been resolved.
If Deep Clean does not resolve the issue, perform a factory reset and refill the ink, re-test printing
