Adaptation for Tablets and Foldable Screen Phones
Currently, our App does not restrict the use of tablets, foldable phones, or iPads. However, it does not yet have targeted UI adaptation; as a result, some interface issues may occur during use.
Software Crash Handling
If the App crashes during use, try clearing your phone’s memory and then reopening the App to continue using it.
Software Prompt Error Handling
When an error occurs during device operation, the App will issue a pop-up notification to alert the user.
The pop-up window includes a “Details” button; clicking it will redirect you to the relevant article page with detailed instructions for resolving the device error.
