Replace the All-Metal Hotend

The replacement process for the M5 all-metal hotend is the same as for a standard PTFE hotend. You can refer to the following resources for more details:

<h3 style="line-height: 1.7999999999999998;margin-top: 19px;margin-bottom: 5px;">Steps:</h3>

A. Ensure the App and Firmware are Updated:

<ul><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Make sure that the app is updated to version V1.3.1 or above.</li><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Ensure the printer&#39;s firmware is updated to version V3.0.70 or above.</li></ul>

B. Locate the Printer in the App:

<ul><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Find the printer with the all-metal hotend replacement in the app.</li><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Go to the Settings page</li><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Click on &#39;Accessories.&#39;</li><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Choose the all-metal hotend to complete the setup.</li></ul>
 

Warning:

<ul><li style="list-style-type: disc;">M5 will enable 300°C high-temperature printing when the all-metal hotend is chosen in the app.</li><li style="list-style-type: disc;">Do not enable this option if the M5 does not have the all-metal hotend replacement, as it may cause damage and be potentially dangerous.</li></ul>
