1. Fault Symptom
The printer reports error code 0xFD011F0003 (Total 24V Overcurrent Error) in the eufyMake App or eufyMake Studio.
2. Cause Analysis
-
Unlocking the Flatbed while the printer is powered on may trigger a false overcurrent error. This is a known software issue and will be addressed in a future firmware update.
-
The total current draw exceeds the system threshold, which may indicate a hardware issue requiring further investigation.
3. Troubleshooting Steps
-
Identify what operation was being performed when the error occurred.
-
If the error occurred while unlocking the Flatbed with the printer powered on, the error is likely a false alarm caused by the current software version.
-
Restart the printer and check whether the error appears again.
-
If the error persists, verify that both the power adapter indicator and the printer power indicator are illuminated normally.
-
If the issue is not resolved, upload the printer logs and contact eufyMake Customer Support for further analysis.
-
If the error occurs during a different operation and is not related to unlocking the Flatbed, it may indicate a hardware issue. Please contact eufyMake Customer Support for further troubleshooting.
