General Substrate Requirements

Height: The height of the substrate that can be recognized by the camera should be less than or equal to 60 mm, and the suitable printing height is 100 mm.

Size: The maximum printable size for the standard platform plate is 330 mm*420 mm, and for the mini platform plate is 330 mm*90 mm.

Standard flatbed load capacity: 1.5 kg.

Height Difference: The maximum height difference of the substrate is 2 mm;

Scenario 1: As shown in the image, when printing on a phone case, the camera section of the case is convex (the areas marked by the red and green lines). During auto height detection, the printer will detect the height at the red line (the highest point of the phone case), while the green line represents the desired printing height.
If the distance between the red line and the green line is less than 2 mm, the printer can print normally at the green line position.
If the distance between the red line and the green line is greater than 2 mm, printing at the green line position will result in blurriness and ink misting. -
Scenario 2: As shown in the image, when printing on a plate, the distance from the top edge of the plate to the bottom is 3 cm, which greatly exceeds the 2 mm height limitation. This will cause the printing at the bottom area of the plate to appear blurry and result in ink misting issues.
