Symptoms

The printed test chart shows an incorrect color order, causing the initialization and camera calibration process to fail.

The correct color order is: CMYKWG

If the ink cartridges are installed in the wrong slots, the printed test chart may appear as shown below, which differs from the standard test chart.

Cause Analysis

The ink cartridges were not installed according to the order marked on the printer, resulting in incorrect cartridge placement.

Solution

1. Reinstall the ink cartridges according to the order shown on the cartridge tray: C—M—Y—K—W—G.

2. If the printer has already completed the ink filling process, you must first restore the device to factory settings, then run the initialization process again. This will flush any residual mixed ink from the system during ink filling. Repeat this process 1–2 times if necessary to fully resolve the ink mixing issue.
