Fault Symptom
The printer reports error code 0xFD01190005 (Mainboard Cooling Fan Open Circuit Error) in the eufyMake App or eufyMake Studio.
Cause Analysis
-
False software alarm.
-
The mainboard cooling fan cable is not connected correctly.
-
Mainboard cooling fan hardware malfunction.
Troubleshooting
-
Remove the Rear Cover
Remove the rear cover of the printer. The cover is magnetically attached and can be removed by hand.

-
Locate the Cooling Fan Exhaust
The highlighted area shown below is the mainboard cooling fan exhaust.
During operation, the fan expels warm air through this opening.

-
Run a Print Test
Start a print test from the eufyMake App or eufyMake Studio.
-
Check Fan Operation
Once the print test begins, the mainboard cooling fan should start running and airflow should be present at the exhaust opening.
You can verify this using either of the following methods:
Method 1:
Place your hand near the cooling fan exhaust and check whether airflow can be felt.
Method 2:
Place a small piece of tissue paper near the cooling fan exhaust and observe whether it moves due to the airflow.
-
Verify the Result
-
If airflow is present, the mainboard cooling fan is operating normally and the error may be a false alarm.
-
If no airflow can be detected during the print test, the mainboard cooling fan may be malfunctioning. Please record a video showing the issue and contact eufyMake Customer Support.
