Overview
This document provides a step-by-step guide for uploading log files and submitting feedback for the eufyMake UV Printer E1 using either the mobile App or the PC software.
Mobile
1. Printer Log Upload
From the home page, go to:
Me → Settings → About → Upload Log
Select the target device as needed, and choose to upload either the App log or the firmware log.
2. Submit Feedback
From the home page, go to:
Me → Help Center → Feedback
Enter the issue you would like to report, then tap Submit.
PC
1. Upload Printer Logs
Open the device page in the PC software.

Click the gear icon next to the printer name to enter Settings, then upload the log file.
2. Submit Feedback in the PC Software
Method 1: Click the headset icon at the far right of the software toolbar. Select Give Feedback.
Method 2: In the menu bar, click Help, then select Feedback from the dropdown list.
Enter the issue you would like to report, then click Submit.
