How to tighten the left shoulder cover of the M5
Prepare the Printer:
- Turn on the M5 switch.
- Click Control > Move on the screen to lift the Z-axis of the nozzle assembly by 200mm and move it to the middle of the X-axis for easy access.
Remove the Left Shoulder Cover:
- Use an H2.0 hex wrench to unscrew the upper bolt and the bottom two bolts of the left shoulder.

Remove the Front Cover:
- On the upper left shoulder, remove the front cover from bottom to top.
Tighten the Back Shell Retaining Bolts:
- Use an M2.0 hex wrench to tighten the three retaining bolts of the back shell.
- Reinstall the Front Cover:
- On the upper left shoulder, reinstall the front cover from top to bottom.
- Secure the Left Shoulder Cover:
- Use an H2.0 hex wrench to secure the upper bolt and the bottom two bolts of the left shoulder.
