The printer reports error code 0xFD011F0002 (External Flatbed Overcurrent Error) in the eufyMake App or in the desktop studio.

1. Software issue: Unlocking the Flatbed while the printer is powered on may trigger a false overcurrent error.

2. External Flatbed hardware issue.

3. Troubleshooting Steps

1. Identify when the error occurs and determine whether it appears after unlocking or locking the Flatbed.

2. Record a video showing the complete process, including when the error appears.

3. Restart the printer and check whether the error occurs again.

• If the error no longer appears after restarting, it is likely caused by a software issue. This will be addressed in a future firmware update.
