The printer reports error code 0xFD011F0002 (External Flatbed Overcurrent Error) in the eufyMake App or in the desktop studio.
2. Cause Analysis

Software issue: Unlocking the Flatbed while the printer is powered on may trigger a false overcurrent error.

External Flatbed hardware issue.
3. Troubleshooting Steps

Identify when the error occurs and determine whether it appears after unlocking or locking the Flatbed.

Record a video showing the complete process, including when the error appears.

Restart the printer and check whether the error occurs again.

If the error no longer appears after restarting, it is likely caused by a software issue. This will be addressed in a future firmware update.
