The printer reports error code 0xFD011F0002 (External Flatbed Overcurrent Error) in the eufyMake App or in the desktop studio.
2. Cause Analysis
1.Software issue: Unlocking the Flatbed while the printer is powered on may trigger a false overcurrent error.
2.External Flatbed hardware issue.
3. Troubleshooting Steps
1.Identify when the error occurs and determine whether it appears after unlocking or locking the Flatbed.
2.Record a video showing the complete process, including when the error appears.
3.Restart the printer and check whether the error occurs again.
