Fault Symptom
The printer reports error code 0xFD0119001B (Lifting Solenoid Open Circuit Error) in the eufyMake App or eufyMake Studio.
Cause Analysis

False software alarm.

Loose Ink Stack connection cable.

Lifting solenoid hardware malfunction.
Troubleshooting Steps

Remove the Right Side Cover
Refer to the following SOP to remove the printer's right side cover:

Locate the Lifting Solenoid
Observe the lifting solenoid through the access hole on the right side of the printer.

Run a Homing Operation or Self-Check
Perform a homing operation or run a self-check and observe whether the lifting solenoid moves normally.
Homing Operation
In the App, select Homing, tap Start, and observe whether the lifting solenoid moves up and down.
Self-Check Operation
Run a self-check through the software, or disconnect and reconnect the printer's power cable. The printer will automatically perform a self-check during startup.

Check Solenoid Movement
Observe whether the lifting solenoid moves as shown below.

Verify the Result

If the lifting solenoid moves normally, the hardware is functioning correctly and the error may be a false alarm.

If the lifting solenoid does not move normally, the solenoid may be malfunctioning. Continue to Step 6.

Check the Ink Stack Connection Cable
Refer to the following video to inspect the Ink Stack assembly and verify that the Ink Stack connection cable is securely connected.
You may disconnect and reconnect the cable to ensure a proper connection.
